TALENSER – Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Rules

All payments are billed in advance. Except as expressly stated, all sales are final. Fees are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise mentioned.

2. Subscription Plans

TALENSER offers: Monthly Plan, Quarterly Plan (3 Months), Half-Yearly Plan (6 Months), Yearly Plan (12 Months). All plans may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

3. First-Time Subscription Refund (Quarterly, Half-Yearly, Yearly)

Applies only to first-time purchase of Quarterly, Half-Yearly, and Yearly plans. A 48-hour grace period from payment time is provided for refund requests.

Conditions:

  • Refund request submitted within 48 hours
  • Account usage must not exceed reasonable limits

Monthly plans do not qualify for this grace period. After 48 hours, the subscription is strictly non-refundable.

4. Renewal Refund

All auto-renewals (Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, Yearly) have a 48-hour grace period. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the renewal payment. After 48 hours, payment becomes final and non-refundable.

5. Enterprise Services: Role-Based Hiring

TALENSER provides custom recruitment mandates under Enterprise Plans.

5.1 Promised Delivery Date: Delivery timelines are mutually agreed upon in the quotation or agreement. Timeline begins after payment confirmation and receipt of complete role and candidate details.

5.2 Delay and Grace Period: If TALENSER fails to deliver by the promised date, a 15-calendar-day grace period applies automatically. During this period, TALENSER will continue execution.

5.3 Post-Grace Remedies: If delivery is incomplete after the 15-day grace period, the client may choose proportional refund for the undelivered portion, or written extension of the timeline. Refund is capped to fees paid for that engagement.

6. Candidate Screening Services

Includes AI assessments, identity, education, and experience verification. If screening has started, fees are non-refundable. Cancellation before screening may allow partial refund after processing fee deduction.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Hiring dissatisfaction or candidate rejection
  • AI score disagreements
  • Delays caused by client
  • Market fluctuations
  • Force majeure events

8. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be sent to support@talenser.com with Subject Line: Refund Request.

Include:

  • Registered email ID
  • Transaction reference
  • Date and time of payment
  • Description of reason

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 15 to 30 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Payment gateway charges may be deducted.

10. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback without contacting TALENSER first may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Legal recovery action
  • Permanent restriction from the platform

11. Policy Modification

TALENSER reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes apply prospectively.
