TALENSER – Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct Policy

This policy governs the acceptable use of the TALENSER platform by all registered users, including Talent, Company, Founder, Co-Founder, Expert Interviewer. By using TALENSER, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Acceptable Use

All users must:

  • Maintain Professional Conduct – Interact respectfully with other users. Avoid harassment, bullying, or abusive language.
  • Comply with Laws and Regulations – Follow Indian laws, regulations, and applicable international standards. Avoid using the Platform in jurisdictions under sanctions.
  • Use Platform for Intended Purposes Only – Talent to Company matching, Founder to Co-Founder matching, AI mock tests assessments and interviews, Enterprise hiring and candidate screening.
  • Protect Confidentiality – Do not disclose other users personal, corporate, or financial information without consent.
  • Respect Intellectual Property – Use TALENSER content, documents, AI outputs, and tools only as permitted.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not:

  • Misrepresentation – Create fake, duplicate, or misleading accounts. Submit forged identity, education, experience, or corporate documents. Misrepresent company authority or role.
  • Discrimination – Use discriminatory criteria in hiring or co-founder selection. Harass or exclude users based on race, gender, religion, age, or other protected categories.
  • Unauthorized System Use – Reverse-engineer, hack, or bypass Platform security. Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform data. Exploit vulnerabilities to access other users data.
  • Abuse of AI Systems – Attempt to manipulate AI scoring, mock tests, or interview simulations. Share AI-generated outputs externally without consent.
  • Violation of Enterprise Agreements – Interfere with role-based hiring or candidate screening processes. Misuse promised delivery timelines or extend deadlines unilaterally.
  • Financial Misconduct – Misrepresent subscription payments, initiate fraudulent chargebacks, or abuse refund policies.

3. Expert Interviewer-Specific Rules

Expert Interviewers must:

  • Complete KYC Verification
  • Maintain Professional Standards – Conduct interviews per agreed schedules and provide objective unbiased evaluation.
  • Confidentiality and Security – Do not share candidate data externally. Only use Platform-approved tools and channels.
  • Compliance – Follow TALENSER policies, applicable labor laws, and anti-fraud measures.

4. Consequences of Violation

Violation may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of account
  • Removal from Enterprise hiring or candidate screening assignments
  • Legal action including civil and criminal remedies
  • Permanent restriction from TALENSER platform

5. Monitoring and Reporting

TALENSER reserves the right to monitor user activity for compliance. Users may report violations to support@talenser.com. TALENSER investigates reported misconduct and applies remedial action as needed.

6. Policy Modification

TALENSER reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email or Platform notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
