TALENSER – AI and Automated Decision Policy
Operated by PVL and PVR GLOBAL TRADE SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD.
Last updated: February 2026
This policy governs the use, interpretation, and limitations of TALENSER AI-driven systems, including mock tests, AI interviews, compatibility scoring, risk analysis, and talent evaluation.
1. Purpose
To provide transparent, ethical, and explainable AI-assisted evaluation.
- To clarify the limitations, legal status, and responsibilities associated with AI outputs.
- To define human review mechanisms for critical decisions.
2. Scope of AI Systems
TALENSER AI tools are used for:
- Scoring mock tests for skills and knowledge
- Analyzing AI interview recordings
- Generating compatibility and fit scores for matching
- Risk flagging and fraud detection
- Performance benchmarking and ranking
- Simulated evaluation for Founders and Co-Founders
3. Nature of AI Output
AI results are probabilistic, not deterministic. Scores, recommendations, and rankings are assistive, not conclusive. Outputs are provided as-is; TALENSER does not guarantee hiring or partnership outcomes.
4. User Responsibility
Users must interpret AI outputs in conjunction with human judgment. TALENSER is not liable for decisions made solely based on AI results. Users may request human review for critical hiring decisions, leadership or co-founder matching.
5. Expert Interviewer Integration
AI outputs may be supplemented by Expert Interviewer evaluations. Expert Interviewers conduct structured interviews, validate AI-generated scores, and are independent contractors not TALENSER employees. TALENSER is not responsible for subjective judgments by Expert Interviewers.
6. Model Updates and Transparency
AI models may be updated periodically to improve accuracy. Users acknowledge that scores may vary between sessions due to system updates. TALENSER provides basic transparency on scoring criteria, but proprietary algorithms remain confidential.
7. Bias and Fairness
TALENSER continuously monitors AI for bias against gender, race, religion, nationality, disability, or age. Users acknowledge that while bias mitigation is applied, no AI system is entirely bias-free. Users must report suspected bias for investigation. Contact support@talenser.com.
8. Limitation of Liability
AI outputs are informational and educational only. TALENSER is not responsible for financial, hiring, or partnership losses arising from AI results. Liability for AI errors is limited to fees paid for the relevant service.
9. Data Usage in AI
AI processing may use:
- User-submitted documents
- Mock test responses
- AI interview recordings
- Company data
TALENSER may anonymize data for AI improvement. Users retain rights to withdraw consent for AI processing.
10. User Declaration
By using AI-driven features, users declare they:
- Understand AI outputs are non-binding and probabilistic
- Accept responsibility for decisions influenced by AI results
- Agree that Expert Interviewers may provide additional validation
11. Policy Modification
TALENSER reserves the right to update AI policies at any time. Updates apply prospectively and will be published on the Platform.
