Electronic Communication and Consent Policy

All agreements executed electronically on the TALENSER platform are legally binding. Electronic actions such as clicking I Agree, submitting forms, and confirming consents constitute valid acceptance of terms and conditions.

TALENSER may send notices electronically via registered email, in-app notifications, or SMS. By using the platform, users agree that electronic delivery is sufficient for all legal purposes.

By registering, users consent to receive all communications digitally, including transaction confirmations, subscription renewals, policy updates, and system alerts.

Users may request withdrawal of consent for certain communications where allowed by law. Essential communications such as billing notices, security alerts, and legal notices cannot be opted out.

Electronic records are maintained for legal and operational purposes. Such records are admissible in courts and arbitration as valid evidence.

This policy is governed by the laws of India. The courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to this policy.
