Enterprise Services and Quotation Policy

1. Enterprise Service Requests
Enterprise clients may request custom quotations for Role-Based Hiring Services and AI Candidate Screening Services. Requests may be submitted via the website form, email to support@talenser.com, or through a direct sales representative. TALENSER provides a structured quotation including scope, delivery timeline, fees, and payment terms.
2. Promised Delivery Dates
Each engagement has a committed delivery date. Timelines are based on complete role description, submission of required data, and payment confirmation.
3. Delay and Grace Period
If TALENSER cannot deliver by the promised date, a 15-calendar-day grace period automatically applies. TALENSER continues execution during this period.
4. Post-Grace Remedies
If delivery remains incomplete after the 15-day grace period, the client may choose a proportional refund for the undelivered portion or a written extension. Refunds are capped to fees paid for that engagement.
5. Non-Refundable Conditions
No refund for:
- Change of client requirements after quotation acceptance
- Dissatisfaction with selected candidates
- Market conditions
- Force majeure events
- Delays caused by the client
6. Payment Terms
Terms are defined in the quotation or agreement. Work begins after payment confirmation and receipt of complete details.
7. Confidentiality
All enterprise requests are treated as strictly confidential. Client data and candidate information are not shared with third parties except as required for service execution.
8. Policy Modification
TALENSER reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
