1. Registration and Eligibility

Applicants must register as a separate user category. Requirements include age 18+, legal capacity, and verified professional experience. Registration requires submission of mandatory KYC and documentation.

2. KYC and Documentation Requirements

Required documentation includes:

  • Identity Verification – Government-issued photo ID
  • Education Verification – Degrees, diplomas, certificates
  • Experience Verification – Work history, employee ID
  • Corporate Proof – Company registration, employment letter

TALENSER may re-verify periodically. False information may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

3. Role and Responsibilities

Expert Interviewers must:

  • Conduct structured interviews as scheduled
  • Follow platform guidelines for scoring and feedback
  • Maintain neutrality and objectivity
  • Respect confidentiality
  • Report conflicts of interest

Expert Interviewers do not make hiring decisions.

4. Scheduling and Availability

Expert Interviewers can set availability on the platform. Assignments are based on availability and skill match. They must adhere to scheduled timings. Failure to attend may result in suspension or removal.

5. Professional Conduct

Expert Interviewers must:

  • Treat all candidates with respect
  • Avoid discriminatory behavior
  • Not solicit candidates for personal gain
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Use platform-provided tools

6. Remuneration and Payment

Expert Interviewers are compensated based on platform agreements. Payments are processed after completion of sessions and delivery of evaluation reports.

7. Liability and Indemnification

Expert Interviewers are independent contractors. They agree to indemnify TALENSER against claims arising from misconduct, breach of confidentiality, or violation of laws.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:

  • False KYC documents
  • Failure to comply with scheduling or conduct rules
  • Breach of confidentiality
  • Legal violations

9. Policy Modifications

TALENSER reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
