TALENSER may block or suspend accounts that violate these requirements.

Users must:

• Not use the Platform to violate export or sanctions laws
• Not provide access to restricted users or countries
• Declare accurate jurisdiction information during registration

TALENSER may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts for non-compliance. TALENSER may block access to content, tools, or features. TALENSER may report violations to regulatory authorities.

TALENSER is not responsible for user violations. Users are solely responsible for their own compliance.

TALENSER reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Users will be notified via Platform announcements or email.
