Force Majeure Policy

1. Definition of Force Majeure
Force Majeure refers to events beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Acts of government or law enforcement
- Wars, terrorism, riots, or civil unrest
- Labor disputes, strikes, or industrial action
- Cyberattacks, IT system failures, or prolonged internet outages
- Pandemic or epidemic events
- Any other unforeseen event
2. Effect on Platform Services
TALENSER shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by Force Majeure. Delivery timelines for role-based hiring, candidate screening, AI assessments, and subscription features may be extended automatically without penalty.
3. User Notification
Where feasible, TALENSER will inform affected users promptly. Notification may be provided via email, in-app message, or website notice.
4. Grace Period
For enterprise services, promised delivery dates impacted by Force Majeure are automatically extended. The 15-day post-promised-date grace period begins after resolution of the Force Majeure event.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
No refund shall be granted for delays caused solely by Force Majeure. Clients may request rescheduling or extension once normal operations resume.
6. Limitation of Liability
TALENSER is excused from liability to the extent performance is prevented by Force Majeure. Users acknowledge these events are unpredictable and unavoidable.
7. Policy Modification
TALENSER reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
