Indemnity and Legal Protection Policy

1. User Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TALENSER, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and costs arising from:
- Violation of Terms of Service or any policy
- Submission of fraudulent or false information
- Misuse of AI tools or services
- Breach of applicable laws or sanctions
- Intellectual property infringement
2. Legal Defense
TALENSER reserves the right to assume control of legal defense. Users agree to cooperate fully. Users are responsible for reimbursing costs including attorney fees, court costs, settlement payments, and regulatory fines.
3. Scope of Indemnity
This indemnity covers direct and indirect claims, third-party claims arising from user behavior, and platform operational defense costs. It does not cover claims arising solely from TALENSER gross negligence or willful misconduct.
4. Platform Protection
TALENSER may suspend or terminate accounts during ongoing claims, recover costs from violating users, and enforce contractual rights.
5. Notification of Claim
Users must notify TALENSER immediately of any potential claim, legal dispute, or regulatory inquiry.
6. Policy Updates
TALENSER reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Users will be notified via email or platform announcement.
