Intellectual Property Policy

All software, AI models, algorithms, designs, user interfaces, branding, logos, and content are the exclusive property of PVL and PVR GLOBAL TRADE SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. This includes:

• AI evaluation tools
• Role-based hiring systems
• Platform dashboards
• Reports and analytics
• All graphics, text, videos, and documents

Users may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of platform software or content
• Reverse engineer or decompile platform software or AI models
• Use TALENSER branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent
• Upload or distribute content that infringes third-party IP rights

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination, legal action including damages and injunctive relief.

When users upload content (resumes, portfolios, videos, pitch decks), they grant TALENSER a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store, process, and analyze the content
• Use for AI training and improvement (anonymized)
• Display on the platform or in reports

This license remains valid as long as necessary. Users retain full ownership of their original content.

TALENSER may host third-party content, tools, or integrations. Users must comply with terms for such third-party content. TALENSER is not responsible for third-party IP infringements.

Contact support@talenser.com with Subject: Intellectual Property Complaint. Provide:

• Full legal name and contact information
• Identification of copyrighted work
• Location of infringement
• Statement of good-faith belief
• Electronic signature or acknowledgment
