TALENSER is a technology-driven professional matchmaking and assessment platform. It does not guarantee hiring outcomes, candidate performance, AI evaluation accuracy, or business success.

Aggregate liability is strictly limited to subscription fees paid in the 12 months immediately preceding the event.

TALENSER is not liable for:

• Hiring failures
• Co-founder partnership disputes
• Business losses or missed opportunities
• AI scoring or recommendation outcomes
• Decisions based on platform data

Under no circumstances is TALENSER liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profit revenue or business, loss of data or information, or legal costs from user disputes.

TALENSER may integrate with third-party services. TALENSER is not responsible for failures, errors, or damages caused by third-party services.

Liability is capped to fees paid for the specific engagement. Refunds are addressed in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

TALENSER is not liable for delays due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, government restrictions, labor disputes, or pandemic.
