Policy Modification and Version Control Policy

TALENSER reserves the exclusive right to update any policy, including Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, AI Policy, KYC Policy, and any other. Modifications may be necessary for regulatory changes, business requirements, technological advancements, or compliance with Indian or international law.

Users are notified via registered email and in-app or dashboard notifications. Minor clarifications or formatting updates may not trigger individual notifications but remain effective.

Updated policies apply prospectively from the date of publication. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

TALENSER maintains version history. Users can access prior versions via the Platform or official website.

Users are responsible for reviewing updates, ensuring compliance, and updating account preferences. Ignorance of updated policies does not exempt compliance.

Governed by the laws of India. Courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
