Role and Account Switching Policy

TALENSER allows users to register under different roles: Talent, Co-Founder, Founder, Company, Expert Interviewer. Each role requires separate registration with independent credentials, KYC, and verification.

Users holding multiple roles may switch between accounts. Switching requires correct login credentials and authentication via registered email or phone. Users must not share credentials with others.

Password protection is mandatory for each role account. Passwords must comply with platform security standards. Users must not reuse passwords across roles.

Each role account maintains independent data (profiles, scores, subscription status). Data is not shared between role accounts unless explicitly permitted by the user.

Subscriptions are role-specific and non-transferable between roles. Each role requires its own subscription plan.
