User Content Policy

Users retain full ownership of all content they submit. TALENSER does not claim ownership over User Content. Users remain responsible for accuracy, legality, and integrity of their content.

By submitting content, users grant TALENSER a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store, host, and backup content
• Process and analyze content for AI evaluation
• Display content as necessary within the Platform
• Use content for AI model improvement in anonymized or aggregated form
• Share content with service providers only for operational purposes

This license lasts as long as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Platform.

Users shall not submit content that is:

• Fraudulent, misleading, or false
• Infringing on third-party intellectual property rights
• Defamatory, abusive, or discriminatory
• Harmful, malicious, or illegal
• Intended to disrupt Platform operation

Violations may result in removal of content, account suspension, or legal action.

TALENSER does not endorse User Content. TALENSER is not liable for disputes arising from user-submitted content. TALENSER may remove content at sole discretion for compliance and safety.

Submitted content may be accessed by verified companies or founders within the Platform for matchmaking or hiring purposes. TALENSER may share anonymized or aggregated content with partners for operational, analytical, or AI purposes only.

Users represent and warrant that they have all necessary rights and permissions, content does not violate laws or contractual obligations, and content is accurate to the best of their knowledge.

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
